Exchanges are free within 30 days of placing the order. Returns are subject to a $4.95 restocking service fee. 

Email logostore@fhb.com with proof of purchase and note if this is a “return” or “exchange.” If it is an exchange, include a link to the desired item you wish to purchase and details (e.g. size, color, etc.). 

Interoffice the return/exchange item(s) to “Marketing attn: Logo Store.” Once it’s received a refund will be issued to the original credit card. 

Exchanges will be fulfilled based on product availability and might require a separate transaction.
